hello, i'm new on the  forum and I need  a model  circuit for SG3525 (pwm controller) for simulations.  how can I get it? I need to make  him? or     he   allready exists? Thanks

Hi,

I looked around and I was not able to find a SPICE model for this part.  This site have a SPICE model for a different PWM controller, maybe you can try that.
