Using Ultiboard and I'm curious if there is a setting, when using autoroute, to reduce a trace path from going between vias in a DIP? Or is manually redrawing the copper trace the best method? See attached file.....

TCjr,
Is there a reason you don't want the traces to go under the DIP?
a) If you need to create a specialized routing path for certain signals (such as not under a DIP), I would advise that you route these traces manually first after part placement.
b) You could also put a narrow rectangular keepout area (and the autorouter should respect the keepout you gave) [from the Ultiboard menu, Place -> Keep-in/Kee-out Area]. The keep out area by default prevents any traces to be routed through a particular area. If you don't want to keep everything out, you would first specify a net group and then adjust the properties of the area to make the keep out apply to only the net group.
So it is possible, but for only a few traces, this might be overkill for what you are doing.
