SPICE Model for LM3524

Hi,

    I am designing a Uniterrupted Power Supply that uses a LM3524 chip.I am using SPICE to simulate the circuit to see if it works but i have been unable to find a SPICE model for the chip.I was wondering if i could get a SPICE model for the component, or a recomended workbench i could use, that has this component included in the list of components. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is probably going to be one of those components that does not have a ready made spice model availabel for it. If you check National Semiconductors website and do a parts search there you will find the datasheet. In this datasheet is a schematic that you could use to create your own component from.

You will have to consult Multisim's documentation for a good explaination on how to create your own components. If you decide to make your own component and run into any problems let me know and I will try to answer them the best I can.
