Simulated circuit does not work as real circuit does

what i see in real live is a square wave which repeats at 32Khz  with a 12us positive pulse. my simulation worked and i saw what i expected but now it only turns on once and despite the transistor turning off the mosfet does not turn back on to generate another cycle?

That's good that we have been able to narrow the problem down to the MOSFET. How do I generate the square wave (What order do I need to flip the switches)?

Are you sure you have select the correct MOSFET?
