Still need MultiSIM 2001 Release Code

Hi,

The saga continues:

In 2001 I purchased and received the CD-ROM for MultiSIM 2001, V6 Student.  The software was later installed successfully and used in computer A (Windows 7) for years.  Computer A recently died!

I decided then to install the MulitiSIM 2001 software in computer B (another Windows 7 computer).  This install was only partially successful in that a Release Code is required to use the program after fourteen days.  I do not have a Release code.  A Google search on "NI Multisim release codes" pointed me to a NI site "Home/Support/Electronics Workbench Products Release codes" dated Sep 20, 2021.  That page indicated that I should send certain information to "Contact us".  Clicking on that page brought me to the Service Request Manager page "Home/Support/Service Request Manager".  I attempted to put in a Service Request.  However I was forwarded to another screen telling me that I should contact Braemac because Braemac is the NI agent in Australia.  I contacted Braemic and completed the online query submission form..I have had zero response from Braemac!

What I am hoping to accomplish with this posting is that someone in NI support understands the situation and is willing to give me the email contact details of someone who I might contact to receive the needed Release Code.  Attempts to use the NI web site have not been successful.

Hello,

Please go to ni.com/ask and click the Activate category

"Activate" did NOT work!  When I tried, I am referred to the Braemac web site!  Braemac is the NI agent in Australia!  I am in Australia!  That is why my original posting requested direct email contact with someone in Austin.

In that case, send an email to activation@ni.com.

I see that it was a student edition, which means the user must have student status to use it.
