Hi, I have a license for Multisim 14.2. At some point Multisim 14.3 was installed on my computer and I upgraded to Windows 11 and I am unable to uninstall it and use Multisim 14.2, as it doesn't show up when installed. I've tried to remove everything using NI Package Manager, but I can't as I get the following error message:
An error occurred while removing a package: ni-cds-2014-core (14.3.0.49153-0+f1)
Additional error information:
• An error occurred while uninstalling the MSI at 'ewbco00\ewbcore.msi'. Error 1325. 'SourceDir' is not a valid short file name.
I'm not sure what to do.
