New to Ultiboard, so I could use some help! We were able to create a custom footprint for the 4 row, staggered pin 68 pin SCSI connector (Honda PCS-E68LMD). The netlist identifies all used pins when the part is imported into Ultiboard 10.1, however Ultiboard will not route connections to any of the inside rows. The pads are .060" outside diameter and the spacing between the pads is .040". Was unable to route even when the minimum trace width was .001" and the clearance was reduced to .001". All outer row connections were made. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Since this is a custom made part it is not going to be possible for us to examine it and run tests to find out what is happening without the part being posted. I am not sure if your able to do this or not, but it would go a long way in the analysis of your problem.
If you are not comfortable with doing this, then I would suggest contactinng NI Support direct, send them the part, and let them examine it off forum

Lacy, thanks for the suggestions. Eventually after reducing the trace widths and the trace to trace clearances to .007" and the pad to trace clearance to .009" I was able to use the "Connection Machine" feature to route through the connector pins. I took the outer 2 rows nearest the edge of the board and routed them through the 2 inner most rows on the bottom copper; while to inner rows furthest from the board edge were routed in the top copper.
Thanks again,
