Unavailability of Power Transistors in Multisim

I didn't find SL100, SK100, CL100 & CK100 power transistor components. Any solution or suggection?

Hey Satyabrata,

You can manually create  Spcie model in Multisim, here is the link. You  for the spice model for SL 100  is in the datasheet.  And here is the one for SK 100.
