I have a corporate database that was used with Multisim version 10 and 11 without any problems, but version 12 will not recognize it. I can't merge it because it is not the correct version and I can't convert it. I'm not sure what to try.
The database was created in version 10 and was used by version 11 without any conversion. I have tried selecting both versions, but neither one works. When I choose to convert V10 to V12 it immediately generates an error. When I choose to convert V11 to V12 it goes to the next screen to choose what to do with duplicates. When I continue I get an error:version message.

Hi Wes,
I think you may have overwritten the V12 corporate database with the V11. Please follow the steps below to get your V11 parts into the V12:
1. Attached is a clean V12 corporate database, download it to your computer.
2. IN Multisim, select Options>>Global Preferences>>Paths, change the corporate database path to the location where you saved the attached database file. Press Apply, OK and close Multisim down.
3. Restart Multisim and select Tools>>Database>>Convert Database
4. Select your V11 corporate database to begin the conversion.
Once the conversion is completed, the clean database should now have parts from V11.
