Virtual op amps CC does not function.

I want to adjust a perfect model to match the parameters of an actual part, specifically the first pole.

The first circuit is to show the Compensation Capacitance does not function.  You can change it's value, but it does not move the first pole frequency

O.K. I see what your talking about now.  I am now wondering about what Multisim is calling a compensation capacitor. Is it for frequency compensation or capacitive load compensation? 

I would like for NI to weigh in on this discussion. I would like to hear what their take is on both of these situations.
