What parameters are required for the Energising_Coil AC to operate at 50Hz 100V

I have been attempting to build a conventional start/stop circuit for a 3phase motor. Everything works OK apart from the relay coils which do not appear to work with ac.

You are correct. They do not work properly with AC Voltage. All the relays in Multisim are modeled with DC coils. I have already brought this to the attention of NI a long time ago and hopefully they will do something about this in future releases.

As far as getting them to work with AC. What you can do is to place a bridge rectifier on the coil inputs with a large filter capacitor. This will create the DC require for the coil. Otherwise, they will open and close at the line frequency.
