can't install multisim

I am new to multisim.after installing multisim I constructed a circuit.when i tried to run the circuit it shows access is denied to create some file named 02.cir in the temp folder.so i deleted some of the registry keys.now again i tried to install multisim but now the installer shows"The instruction at 0x01182a50 referenced memory at 0x00000000.The memory could not be read".please help me regarding this............

Hi maaster,

Have you tried repairing or re-installing Circuit Design Suite? This should repair your registry entries.

Try repairing Circuit Design Suite through Control Panel >> All Control Panel Items >>Programs and Features >> National Instruments (see attached screen shot). It will require your CD or downloaded install files to proceed. If this does not work then you could try the remove option. This should remove Circuit Design Suite and allow you to install it again.

I was not able to find anything of the type "national instruments".i was only able to find "Ni uninstaller".I attached a screen shot for reference.I think some registry files regarding national instruments may be missing.please say how to create those registries........
