I'm building a railgun for a project at uni this year. I've been using multisim to simulate the capacitor array but I'm struggling to record the current output of the capacitors, I've been trying to use the transient stimulate but it just isn't working. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I am no expert in rail guns (well maybe a little), but I think you have caused a short circuit in your diagram. You have set up all your capacitors in parallel, but attached both sides to positive and negative. You need to remove a couple of these links (one at the bottom and one at the top), then you will see some current in the circuit through the capacitors.
Normally to see the current, the easiest way is to drop down a multimeter, use it like you would a normal multimeter in the circuit.
