check error in RAM memory using Multisim

I need to make a circuit that checks for storage errors in ram memory and displays the location with problems but I don't know how to do that, can anyone help me how to do this?

Disable PARITY CHECKING because, nowadays, RAM modules do not have parity bits anymore.

Disable Quick Memory Test so the BIOS will perform testing of all memory locations.
