choosing component top or bottom location

You can in Multisim select the layer( Ex top or bottom) for the nets. Can a component be selected to be placed on either the top or the bottom layer? I know the layer can be reassigned when the component is viewed in Ultiboard but it would be nice to assign the component as you can the net layer in Multisim

I do not see a way of accomplishing this through Multisim currently. This could be a nice addition for Multisim. If any NI Support Team is reading the forum this need to be placed on the Featrue Request List.
