create MAX4238 library problem

I tried to create MAX4238 library (MAX4238.CIR downloaded from MAXIM website),but never got through.can anyone is so kind to create for me?thanks

by the way,while creating the library,I was going step by step accoding the guide,then running,error occur. I don't know if the max4238.cir is okay.
