create a network

hello,i have all elements of this circuit in ultiboard and i have to conect them, so my questions are :

-how can i select that the 2 caps(top and down) must be ground?

-and for example i create 4 networks, +10 ,-10 ground and a digital input of crio ni9401 conect to pin 12,and one conector with those 4 inputs.

 then if i want to conect the pins for +10(at the conector) ,which pins should i choose?

i thought about 13,1,2,3, is it correct?

and for the digital input i thought about 12,8,7,10,6,is it correct?

i don´t think so,so could somebody help me with this?

i don´t have problems now, i got it some weeks ago.

the problem was about that i didn´t know how to conect the pins of each element, but i know now
