how to connect two pcb

I search the forum, but i cant find answer to my problem.
Im design a schematic that will be build on multiple pcb, that connected together with wires, or SIP headers, or ribbon cables, or whatewer.

But, i want to simulate the connected circuit. Is there a simplier solution than on pictures in the attachments ?

I have one option if your version supports it. This may not be the best method, but it is the only one I can think of at the moment.

You can take the one of your schematics and put it on a separate sheet using the Multi-page option under the PLACE menu and run offpage connectors to both sheets. The offpage connectors are located PLACE>CONNECTORS. These will simulate your connectors that you have in the picture without the need for the subcircuit. Just place the offpage conectors in parallel with your board connector on both pages.

One note, however, offpage connectors will not be exported to Ultiboard as connectors but will hook up as as one complete net across both pages. In this situation, before you export to Ultiboard you would have to delete the offpage connector to prevent it from hooking up both schematics together on the board and bypassing the connectors. Also, using this technique, the entire schematic will be exported as one board and not as 2 separate boards.

Anyway, this is the only thing I can think of. There may be another option, but right now I can't find one.

I hope this helps some.
