hi, i am using H21A1 optointerupter which is having 4 pins.(anode,cathode,emitter,collector).i am giving 5v supply to the anode through 220 ohm R and 5v to the collector through 10k ohm R.the cathode and emitter is made grounded.
Now i am observing the output between collector and GND.
But the problem is i am getting 4.23 v when interupt is not present. it is fine. But when interupt is present it should give me arroud 1v.but it is giving 4.23v . so what is wrong with circuit.
