How can I get more instruments  in Multisim. For example, I want ot use the Keithley Source/Measurement . This is similar to the Agilent Multimeter. 

Is there anyway, one can download instruments and use in Multisim. I know I can do that in Labview, but I just want to know if I have that option in Multisim.

At the moment this is not possible/available. You cannot download instruments to automatically be used in Multisim.

As I understand it, the LabView "instrument" downloads are effectively drivers which link to physical hardware and that is the way they are used within the software, and easily downloaded. The "instruments" in Multisim on the other hand are effectively virtual instruments (VIs) which represent those particular hardware devices.

If you are able to create a VI in LabView that will interface with Multisim, you might be able to create something that will act as the Keithley Source/Measurement device.

Not so.  Anything you can do from LabVIEW should be possible from a LabVIEW instrument in Multisim.  The real trick is getting ANY custom instrument to work at all.  Following the examples and help files has not yet worked for me, and all I'm doing is compiling a copy of the example template.
