logic converters not showing pin names

Hello,

I am this odd problem that is quite ethereal: I am running a circuit simulation with several Logic Converter units gathering the outputs (several dozen outputs all-told). The simulation works fine for the most part (sometimes gets caught paused/simulation error at certain places, but that is another issue), but every now and then I will run it and all the names of the nets in all the Logic Converters will be 'Term1', 'Term2' ect. I note that these are the default names for pins of the Logic Converters that are floating, however everything in my simulation is definitely connected and giving me good data still. Usually I can just stop the simulation, start ity again with making ABSOLUTELY no change to the circuit, and the names will reappear like magic. 

You can imagine my frustration when I begin a simulation to run over night and forget to check that the Logic Converters initialize correctly before I leave.
