Did you mean:

low voltage to drive LED flash (not successful in simulation, but in breadboard successful)

thanks, the grapher view is a great stuff and i am kind of in it.

hi  Tipa.

I am interested in your ultra-sensative LED, but I am new to spice and how to intepretate N=0.01e+000 ? did you create something new and what value impacts how it works to be an ultra-sensative.

so kind of you to share how deep and how far this circuit can go.

Hello, dear friend! (can I call it that?, -usually, the Chinese treat it like that, I like it)
The emission factor is usually recommended from 1 to 2, but in the 1BN62 diode model it is 4 (!!!)
Since Multisim is breaking the rules, why don't we step back and get creative with it? We now know that two parameters affect the threshold voltage.

And this is how the reverse voltage parameter affects

hello

my friend, Merry xmas.

do you have any more details on saturation current setting, as I tried several times, and only 1e-07 could only kick it. but normally saturation current could not be so big. one more thing, if we change to this big how can we find in market the parameter of this large saturation current.
