missing traces in Multisim

I am using Multisim V11.0.2.

I am reworking a design previously created in V11.0.2. It has an MSP430F133 processor, probably from the NI library files. We changed to a MSP430F1611, and I created a new component based upon the F133 schematic. Some of the pins have new names in the F1611.

Now every time I open the schematic file some of the traces to the F1611 are missing. I have redrawn them and then closed the file, but when I open it again they are missing again. NOTE: it is not always the same traces, and they do not always connect to renamed pins.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Hi Phil,

If you select File>>Save before closing the Multisim, the next time you open the schematic it should have all changes your made. If you close Multisim without saving, I can see that you can lose some work. 

I cannot replicate the problem when I save the schematic.
