I am not trying to sound like a butthole by any stretch, but have you tried searching the NI Website? They have some tutorials, but I am not sure how specific they are when it comes to a particular type of circuit. What they have may help you get started using Multisim 7. As far as particular types of circuits you might try a Google search. There are a few circuit archive sites that would have the schematics but you have to enter it into Multisim manually. Also, I would recommend getting as many books on the subject of electronics as you can find or find an electronics course that you could enroll in.
Forgive me if I am out of line here, but it sounds to me like you are trying to learn electronics by jumping in and swimming upriver. In order to design electronics or to repair electronics you have to start with the basics and learn about current, voltage, resistance etc. and then make your way up the ladder to the more difficult things like transistors, diodes, IC's. Multisim is an excellent tool to help you in your learning by being able to build circuits and analyze them, but Multisim by itself will not teach you about electronics. If what I said is not the case, then accept my apology. I thought I would just pass on a bit of wisdom to you and maybe get you started off in the right direction because electronics can be fustrating enough sometimes and doing it the way it sounds like you want to do it can lead to a lot of headaches.

I may have hit the motherlode for Multisim 7 circuits. Try the posted link and there you will find a bunch of zipped circuit files for you to study. Here's the link http://www.mhhe.com/ps/ee/bsee/electronics/6e/index.html.
I do not have any idea about the circuits they contain or whether this what you are looking for. But have fun with them.
Have A Nice Day.
P.S : As far as my last post, I hope you don't take it the wrong way. I am just trying to help so you can learn better about electronics and design and was meant as no type of insult to you at all.

My apologies for my assumptions about your skill level, but the way you phrased it did make it sound like you were new to electronics.
Anyway, I am glad you found my link helpful. I did a Google search for "Multisim 7 Circuits". If you plug that in Google you may find even more. This one looked to me like something you were looking for. Also, there are books available that extensively cover Multisim. You could check either your local library or bookstore. If you can't find them there I am sure you can find some on Amazon.com.
Have a Nice Day.
