Could you possibly post a picture of your screen showing this so that the forum can maybe glean something from it that could result in a solution to your situation.

Hi Drcodd,
Try these steps:
a.) Select Options>>Global Restrictions.
b.) Enter the password, which is by default Rodney. (Note that the password is case sensitive).
c.) Under the General tab uncheck all the check boxes.
d.) Click on the OK button to save the new settings and exit the Global Restrictions dialog box.
All toolbars will now return to the Multisim environment.
If you do not see the Global Restrictions under the Options menu follow these steps:
1. Position your mouse pointer in an empty area in menu region of the Multisim interface. Right-click with the mouse button.
2. In the context menu, select the Customize option.
3. Under the Categories list scroll down and highlight Options.
4. Under the Commands list locate Global Restrictions.
You will now drag the Global Restrictions item and add it to the Options menu.
5. Select Global Restriction and hold down the left-mouse button. You will notice a rectangle attached to end of your mouse pointer.
6. Continue to hold the mouse button down and drag the rectangle to the Options menu of the Multisim environment.
7. The Options menu will display and you can release the mouse button to add the rectangle to the Options menu.
8. Global Restrictions is now available under the Options menu. Now perform steps a, b, c and d above.
