what type of SCR to use?

i need to construct a three phase full converter without using a three phase transformer to control my output voltage, but i should use the firing angle to meet:

*Voltage source RMS value L-L : 750 V

*Source Frequency                    : 5000Hz

*Load Resistance                      : 10 Ohms

*Load Inductance                       : 50 mH

* Harmonics %                           : 10%

*DC output Voltage% of output Voltage maximum : 85%

can someone help me out please, because i should use a Thyristor (SCR) to control my circuit, and my circuit is not working when i try to simulate it. Plus i don't know how to plug an SCR in the crcuit and what type of SCR to plug.

it is ok, I guess the reverse recovery time was not small enough to be able to work with a 5000 Hz, i modified the recovery time and the crcuit worked properly.
