when I transfer my design from multisim 11 to ultiboard 11 some TTL IC (those with hidden power pins ) are not connected to VCC and Ground. plz help ti fix it

when I transfer my design from multisim 11 to ultiboard 11  some TTL IC's (those with hidden power pins ) are not connected to VCC and Ground at PCB.

these IC's with VCC and Grund pins that are visible are connected OK

plz help ti fix it
