This depends on your application. If you are referring just to the MCU Module for simulation purposes then it has the 8051 and 8052 as well as the PIC16F84. The database contains Microprocessors for schematic entry and layout only and there are a fair number of those. These will not simulate since they have no model and no way to program them.
