which parameter stands for VDSS of NMOSFET?

hi,all

       I want to create a NMOSFET spice model via MODEL MAKER  of Multisim 10, but in the  manual of MODEL MAKER I don't found the parameter VDSS, can anyone tell me why? In my opinion , VDSS is an important parameter of the NMOSFET.

Vdss can not specified in MODEL MAKER.

but I think VDSS is very important, why can not the spice model spicify it ????

and i want to know whether the phisical parameters have determined the VDSS of mosfet?

In spice model, VDSS and Max Drain Current are used to limit the operating condition. The Max Drain Current is more essential, for the current is the prime criminal who damage the MOSFET, not the voltage. In Model Maker, the ultimate operating condition is limit with Max Drain Current which much more make sense.
