Unexpected error in MAX

When i open the MAX and press F5 it turns out error as below..

I cant see the my USB 2.0 Camera be found in the MAX .

My OS is win7, labview 2009 + NI Vision Acquisition 8.6

Should i need to install this LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2009 SP1 as well ?

Labview 2009 SP1 , i downloaded from :https://lumen.ni.com/nicif/us/evalcvimaint/content.xhtml　

I got same error after following your instruction.

Please kindly give me advice

Hi I try to  run MAX Database Corruption Removal Tool and follow all procedure in the website as you mentioned 

But I still got same issue , kind of frustration,

My MAX : 4.6.2 and i creat the MAX Reports as following

請移除 NI 所有 軟體再重新安裝

這個錯誤會發生的原因跟安裝的環境或是條件有關，舉例來說：

1. Windows裡面的軟體已經過多，登錄檔有損壞。

2. 電腦曾裝過舊版的LabVIEW，移除後再裝新版，但是舊版的登錄檔還存在電腦中。

3. 安裝LabVIEW的過程中沒有裝好，導致軟體不穩定。

前兩種狀況只有重灌作業系統才能解決

第三種情況則需要用修復的方式修復軟體，或是重新安裝LabVIEW主程式、Module及Driver

或找一台乾淨電腦測試
