オフライン環境でスタンドアローンアプリケーションを作成することは出来ないのでしょうか？もしくは、プロジェクトをmyRIOに保存する別の方法があるのでしょうか？

Is it impossible to create a standalone application in an offline environment? Or is there another way to save the project to myRIO?

For a stand alone application you need the application builder module. To deploy it on a RT system (myRIO), you need the real time module.
