Elvis III Not Connecting in Measurements Live

Use latest Firefox and connect via both USB and ethernet. If the connection still fails, try to use http://172.22.11.2/measure.html instead of measurementslive.ni.com.

Dear all and NI supporting teams,

I'm also still this issue. The main problem is the installation of Measurements live support files was not successfully completed on my Laptop. I try both installation from offline resources of Elvis III and also online installation from Package Manager. But, All are uncompleted and fails. (See attached capture.JPG)

How can I solve it??? Please, kindly support me.

I just checked and the solution with SlimJet Browser (https://www.slimjet.com/) works. However, it's important to download older version (30.0.5) from here: http://www.slimjetbrowser.com/release/archive/
