NI ELVIS III: Desktop Soft Panels without browser

Hello,

Is there any way to open ELVIS III desktop front panels without using a web browser? I mean the old ELVIS II fashion where you have a separate window for each instruments.

I know there must be a way to do it, as the Logic Analyzer launches this way (the only one that does) 

and the other instruments have SFP executables, but they fail to connect. Even the logic analyzer fails to connect of launched outside a web browser.

DMM launched by direct opening (wouldn't connect to ELVIS III !) and there is no way to open it from browser like the logic analyzer!
