请问关于运动控制卡

我们想搭建一个开放式精密控制平台

现在正考虑选用哪种运动控制卡

我在网上查了查贵公司的产品资料

好象运动控制卡的7340/7350系列支持伺服控制

我认为运动控制最重要的两点就是响应时间和分辨率

我把产品说明书上的参数和美国p-mac卡的参数比较了一下

7350系列是每两轴62.5毫秒更新速率,两个轴是独立控制的啊,可以说是单轴31毫秒吗?

另外pmac卡是motolola56系列dsp处理器,主频20MHz

上次参加ni的研讨会说ni的卡是双核处理器

可是产品说明书上并没有说明卡的时钟频率和双处理器

请说明一下,谢谢

最后pmac卡的分辨率是2.5nm

不知道ni的卡分辨率是多少呢?

7350 can have a loop rate of 62ms for 2 axis independently control. However, even for one axis only, it cannot be looped in 31ms.

There is 2 chips, DSP & a microprocessor, plus FPGA for motion control, on the 735x/734x motion controller.

There will be no resolution for a single motion controller card. Resolution depends on the Motor, the encoder resolution, and support by Motion control module.

i.e. PMAC's motion "Set" may provide minimum displacement of 2.5 nm with specific motor.
