PXI-1033 will cause a IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL blue screen error on Windows XP SP3

I installed the driver in below steps:

1. Install PXI1033 drivers on Windows XP SP3

2. Enable PAE (Physical Address Extension) 

3. Restart system, then the system will run into blue screen with an IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL error. 

The system works fine if PAE is disabled.

Does anyone experience this problem?
