in the process of remote control,should the controler(pc) install the soft of labview?

     I am wondering if i should install the soft of labview in my computer in the process of controlling the remote vi? thanks

For remote control from a LabVIEW web server through IE browser need not installation of LabVIEW

i.e. http://yourip/index.htm, you may request control from server and select the controls in the Front Panel

ok, but i can not open the vi througn ie browser, what may be the problem?  net speed or others?

First, you have to check if you can visit the page on the development machine

In your development machine, you have already installed LabVIEW, put the vi into the right folder for web server setting, and had activated Remote Panel Server with license (5, 10 or more).

You should able to browse the Front Panel of the vi in IE with the link on your own computer, and other PC connecting to it

it is ok to control the vi througn ie browser in my computer !  but in others' computer can only see the title of the vi ,and can not show the front panel! I am appreciated to get your help!
