The LabVIEW FPGA Waveform Acquisition and Logging on CompactRIO is a built in sample project hat ships with LabVIEW and the Real-Time Module. You can create this sample project from the LabVIEW splash screen by selecting File>Create Project...and you can find that specific sample project in the "All" or "CompactRIO" section.
In the future, if you have questions about this sample project, you can post them on the LabVIEW discussion forums (http://forums.ni.com/) specifically in the RT category. This NI Linux Real-Time community is more focused on the NI Linux Real-Time Operating systems themselves and less on the specific LabVIEW development environment and examples.
