Corrupt Installer for Labview

NI has a knowledge base article on this. Basically, uninstall everything from NI Package Manager and then uninstall NIPM from the Add/Remove Programs.

Before you do that, first try downloading and installing the latest NI Package Manager first from here. Then, try the install of LabVIEW (or whatever product).
