Measurement Studio Install Erroring Out

I'm trying to install Measurement Studio 2019, but keep running into the following error "There was a problem executing your erquest.  An Error occurred while removing a package: XXXXXXXX (15.00.49153)".

All the GUID named "packages", like ae9b7ee2-2e36-4ab9-b256-00e81fee44f6, are the older NI products that did not use NI Package Manager (NIPM). The GUID "package" names are shown if you hover over the package in NIPM. However if you know which particular name is causing your error, you can use the NIPM Command Line Interface to get the "pretty print" name will be listed as DisplayName: . The command would be nipkg info GUID.
