Hi Wolfgang, the next step would be to get additional logging information during installation by following the enabling MSI logs in "Generating and Locating NI Package Manager Error Logs". Those on this forum would interested in the installation generated "Default Error Logs" and the MSI Logs as described on that page, both of which might give us more information as to failure to install signing.msi.

The installation of certificates is optional and choosing to not install will cause the OS to prompt potentially multiple times to allow installation of each driver in the installer.
