NIPM Having Issues - Error Code 522

Hello,

 

Yesterday, I encountered a '522' timeout error while attempting to browse available packages (see screenshot). I thought this was simply an isolated issue, as the laptop I was using was freshly imaged by IT, and I was in process of setting up my software. I spent a bit of time attempting various fixes, but eventually gave up and decided to reach out to NI Support. They suggested a few things I had already tried, and so they elevated the issue and called it a day (was late hours, should hear back from them this Monday). A bit later, I try to open NIPM on my home office machine, same error... I call my colleague, same error!

 

I'm thinking maybe there is a server issue? or NI rolled out a bad update? Anyone else having this problem? 

 

Also, noticed a couple people are reporting "Error while installing: "ni-ssp-notifier(...)"  issues on this forum within the past 24 hours. I also experienced this, and so I resorted the offline installers. I highly suspect this is a related issue.Updates for installed packages via NIPM still seem to work, it's just browsing packages and online installers from NI's website that seem to experience this issue.

I'm seeing the same thing. "There was a problem retrieving available products".

I think it's a server side issue, as I just rolled back my version 19.0, yet the issue persists.

Looks like the issue was resolved earlier today! Functioning nominally now!
