issue while installing labview application builder

Hi everyone,

while installing the application builder it gives me the error message ni-vipm (20.0.49152-0+f0)

it further tells me to check the internet connection. all anti virus and firewalls are turned off and internet connection is good.

can someone tell me what to do?
