release note link fail

Hi,

I just want someone notice that this release note link failed in Chinese NI Package Manager. I guess Chinese NI website have not fix this link maybe not NIPM's fault.

Hi Lawson, the redirect URL that we have on the backend was using a part number for Mac OS, so the URL should have been https://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/374715t_0118.html. I have initiated a change that should take affect within a day. Thanks for reported this.
