Adding new user on Deployed system

I have a sequence that is running on a deployed system. I don't know who the operator of the sequence might be in the future, but I would like their name to be in the test report rather than just 'operator' or 'technician'. Therefore, I cannot just create users ahead of time. Ideally, I guess the name I would like to show up is the Windows username, or at least the persons real name. What is the best way to do this? Thanks

With TestStand 2.0.1 or later, you can select to “Automatically Login Windows System User”. This option is found on the User Manager tab of the Station Options dialog box. You can open the Station Options dialog box by selecting Station Options from the Configure menu.

With this option selected, TestStand attempts to log in the current Windows user. If the user name is found in the TestStand user list, TestStand automatically logs in the user at the appropriate level without prompting for a password.

In order to use this option, you do have to create a user entry in the TestStand User Manager and enter the Windows login name for the user as their TestStand user name. Since you will already have Windows user names for your operators, this means that you only need to create a user for each potential operator based on their Windows user name.
