Auto detect using VI version

Hi Blue Ones,

I think it was not an open scret that LabView was not my favourite programming language for my TestStand stuff.

There were some threads were i have complained about different LabView versions incompatibility in TestStand and

of course the stupied workaround with vi masscompiling.

I seems that these threads are past since the release of TestStand 4.5 (2010).

I am sorry that it took just one year after the release of TS 4.5 to realize this great feature. 

Today I did some maintaince work on the production machines where different LV versions where used.

I was waiting on the exception, but i was running well !
