Batch model hangs when Windows is locked

I ran the batch model example that is part of TestStand 2012 and we have the same issue.  I also ran the test with the administrator account on the PC and had the problem as well.

Any thoughts?  I really appreciate everyone's help.

Hey tdibble,

The step your execution is paused on is the step where the results of the test sockets are displayed in the Batch Info dialog. This is the dialog where you can click Next Batch and enter more serial numbers to execute again, or click Stop to end testing. Do you see this dialog at all, even behind other windows? If it's not visible, it's possible Windows is suppressing it somehow.

That was it!  Windows was suppressing the pop-up.  We're now good to go.  Thanks everyone for your help!
