Change teststand buttons caption name and font size

Hi,

I am trying to change the caption  present on the teststand button and also font size. The command buttons are Run selected steps, Loop on selected steps,  Resume , etc..

How to change this caption name to my customized name and its font size. Do i need to change any config file for caption changes.
