Data Logging from Veristand at a different time rate other than (ms) ?

During data logging from Veristand, the data is automatically logged per 1 ms is there any way to change that, It doesn't follow the Rt-sequence timing? and when closing the data log file it get's stuck at that step in test stand , What steps should i take to solve the issue ?

What steps are you doing to log data? I'm having trouble following what steps you're using. Are you using NI VeriStand Steps for TestStand or are you using Stimulus Profile/Real-Time Sequence Editor? VeriStand Steps for TestStand has it's own feedback forum that may get you quicker access to support.
