Error -19034 Cannot Call Distribution VIs

Hi,

While on the TestStand deployment, the deployment tool work fine and created  the Distribution files, for  a particular one it gives me this -19034 error. when attempting the build. The help advises to Repair the TestStand installation, which I did, but problem persists. 

From the picture I am attaching, this particular Build VI Distribution 2010 - TestStand.vi highlighted in yellow-ish does not exist in the ...\TestStand 20XX\Components\Tools\Deployment Utility\TestStand - Build VI Distribution.

My wondering is why would it look particularly for it in this deployment I am trying to build, and not for other deployments? Folder architectures are similar and nothing out of the norm when it comes to additional selected installer (Run-times).

Does anyone have a clue of what this is. Help's suggestion seem broad and not helpful.
