Error While Using InsertElements

The sequence attached (InsertElementsError) creates array (Loop.Param1 & Loop.Param2) using InsertElements.

InsertElements creates-

• Param2 with 3 elements, which is correct
• Param1 with 3 elements, when it should had been 4 elements.
